That's why we have compiled the information below to give you a clear picture of how our shipping and delivery process works.
To be able to deliver our products as quickly and efficiently as possible, we have several warehouses we ship from. This means that some orders may be split into multiple deliveries, especially if they contain several products that are shipped from different warehouses. In such cases, you may receive your items in separate parcels at different times. This is completely normal and part of how we ensure that you receive your products in the fastest and most efficient way.
It is very important that you provide the correct delivery address when ordering. Our delivery is based on the information you provide at checkout, and unfortunately we are unable to correct addresses afterwards. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the parcel being lost or delayed. We therefore recommend that you carefully double-check your address details before completing your purchase.
As soon as your order has been processed, which normally happens the same day but can take 2–5 working days during periods of high demand, a delivery confirmation is sent to the email address you provided. In this email, you will receive information about your shipment along with a tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within five working days of the order date, please contact our customer service at support@projectorspot.com. Please include your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.
The delivery time after your order has been processed is in most cases between 4–7 working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on which product you have ordered, which warehouse it is shipped from, and which shipping method has been used. During major campaigns, holidays or periods of high demand, deliveries may take slightly longer than normal. Other factors outside our control, such as delays in postal and transport services, natural events or strikes, may also affect delivery times.
We always strive to deliver your products within the stated time, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Stated delivery times should be regarded as estimates. If, against all expectations, your shipment does not arrive, or if something unforeseen happens during the delivery process, our policy is to offer either a new delivery of the product or a full refund, depending on what is most appropriate in each individual case.
At checkout, you can choose between different shipping options. For certain products, we offer express delivery. Which options are available for your particular order is clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
