Returns & Refunds
At ProjectorSpot.com, we want you to feel completely secure when shopping with us. That's why we offer both a right of withdrawal and a right of return, so you can evaluate your product in peace and quiet.
How to make a return
Would you like to return a product? Please get in touch with us at support@projectorspot.com and we will help you all the way. We will send clear instructions as well as the address details for our returns centre in Helsingborg.
Defective or incorrect item
If something is not right with your order – for example, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect – please contact us as soon as possible at support@projectorspot.com.
We want to resolve it quickly and smoothly for you. So that we can help you in the best way, we ask that you get in touch within 48 hours of delivery, preferably with a photo or video showing what is wrong.
Right of return
We offer a 90-day return policy on our products. This means that you have up to 90 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it – unopened, unused, with all labels still attached and in its original packaging. You also need to have the receipt or other proof of purchase available.
Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.
You are of course allowed to open the packaging and try the product in a way that is necessary to assess its function and properties. For the right of withdrawal to apply fully, the product must be in essentially unchanged condition. If it has been used more than necessary, an adjustment to the refund may be made.
After 14 days, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected, it is automatically returned to us by the shipping company. In these cases, a fee of 299 SEK is added to cover our handling costs.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, it is important to first collect the parcel and then contact us to process the return correctly.
Return shipping
For standard returns, you as the customer pay for the return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping option, as you are responsible for the parcel until it has reached us.
In the case of an approved complaint or a manufacturing defect, we of course cover the return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 working days. The refund is made to the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
The refund covers the price of the product. Any shipping costs from the order will not be refunded. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your return has been approved. Please note that it may take a few banking days before the refund appears in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products, calculated from the date of purchase. The warranty exists so that you as a customer can feel confident with your purchase from us.
The warranty applies to faults caused by manufacturing or material defects, not to damage that has arisen during normal use, accidents or external influences.
For the warranty to apply, the following must be true:
- The fault must be due to a production defect
- The product must have been used according to the instructions
- No unauthorised repairs or modifications must have been made
Examples of damage that is not covered:
- Drop damage or other external impact
- Incorrect use or handling
- Overloading or use in a way that is not intended
- Environmental impact such as moisture, extreme temperatures or chemicals
If you discover a fault that you believe is covered by the warranty, contact us within 7 days of noticing it. We will help guide you on how to send the product in.
For warranty service, you are responsible for any shipping costs to us, unless otherwise agreed. We will get back to you as soon as we have inspected the product and inform you whether the warranty applies in your particular case.
Cancelling an order
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@projectorspot.com. We can help you as long as your order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
If the parcel has already been sent, the order can unfortunately no longer be stopped, but you are of course welcome to get in touch with us once you have received it – and we will help you with a return if you do not want to keep the product.
